Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation by Client:

  • Clients may request the cancellation of services by submitting a written request to info@deitetech.com.
  • Cancellation requests made within 7 days of service initiation may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the work completed.
  • After 7 days, no refunds will be provided for services already in progress or completed.

Cancellation by Deite Technologies:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any service if the client violates our terms of service or engages in unethical or illegal activities.
  • In such cases, no refund will be provided.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds will be processed only if a formal cancellation request is approved.
  • If a project is terminated due to reasons from the client’s end, a refund will be calculated based on the work completed.

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Domain registration, hosting charges, third-party service fees, and software licenses are non-refundable.
  • Any promotional or discounted services are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds:

  • For services canceled mid-project, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the charges for completed work and any associated expenses.

3. Refund Process

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the transaction.
